SELECTION OVERVIEW
Shanghai Shangcheng Pump & Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. supplies DBY electric diaphragm pumps with a motor and reduction drive to move the diaphragms. Select the configuration around the required liquid flow, discharge pressure and actual power supply, not simply because compressed air is unavailable. Confirm body, diaphragm and valve-material compatibility with the liquid, concentration and operating temperature.
For an electric diaphragm pump quotation, specify voltage, frequency and phase together with continuous or intermittent operation, starts and stops, and the required control method. Ask for confirmation of the proposed motor and reducer arrangement. Variable-speed operation, hazardous-area suitability and protective devices are configuration requirements to verify, not default features of every DBY pump.
Review normal and maximum discharge pressure, including valve positions and changes in downstream resistance. Do not apply air-pressure adjustment instructions from a pneumatic diaphragm pump to a motor-driven DBY unit. Confirm the permitted operating envelope and suitable overload and system-pressure protection before operation; do not assume the pump can safely run against a closed discharge.

Request DBY selection support with the liquid and concentration, temperature, viscosity, solids and particle details, required flow and discharge pressure. Include suction conditions, piping and connection requirements, electrical supply, operating hours, control method, quantity and destination. Before purchase, confirm the proposed motor and reducer, exact wetted materials, permitted operating conditions and any required protection. Use the selected model documentation rather than transferring QBY or QBK pneumatic-pump limits to DBY.
