The ZR series uses a plunger-style liquid end for controlled delivery in duties where discharge pressure is an important part of selection. The liquid, concentration, temperature, lubrication characteristics, required capacity, pressure and sealing compatibility must all be reviewed before a configuration is confirmed.

- Liquid: provide the complete chemical name, concentration, temperature and any cleaning fluid.
- Capacity: state the minimum, normal and maximum required delivery rate and adjustment method.
- Pressure: state normal and maximum discharge pressure, injection-point conditions and possible transients.
- Suction: describe tank level, suction lift, pipe size, length, valves and priming conditions.
- Accessories: identify requirements for relief, back-pressure, pulsation control, calibration or automatic control.

Let us verify the dosing duty.
For a ZR quotation, provide the chemical and concentration, temperature, viscosity, specific gravity, minimum/normal/maximum dosing capacity, normal/maximum discharge pressure, suction arrangement and piping sketch. Include power supply, control requirements, connection standard, purchase quantity and destination. Identify which pump, motor, valves, accessories and documentation are requested so quotations can be compared on the same scope.
Ask for confirmation of the proposed plunger and packing materials, the applicable inspection or adjustment procedure, replacement-part identification and maintenance access. State the site requirements for any leakage handling or containment; do not assume a collection arrangement is included or accept an unspecified leakage allowance. No packing service life or maintenance interval is established by the model name.

Request a documented relief discharge destination and confirmation of any back-pressure requirement; these functions are not interchangeable.
