When the motor drive coupling outer magnet magnetic rotation, the magnetic field lines through the gap and isolation units, acting on the internal magnet, so that the pump rotor and motor synchronous rotation, no mechanical contact to transfer torque. The pump power input, because the liquid is enclosed in static isolation kit, no seals and therefore no leak. Magnetic coupling of the magnetic material with high temperature rare earth permanent magnetic materials, can withstand high temperatures 280 degrees below the magnetic media while maintaining a strong torque. In the magnetic coupling between the motor and install a water cooling system to prevent the pumping of high temperature heat transfer medium to the motor to keep the motor running, so as to achieve leak-free transport medium heat.

Transmission system operating pressure applied is less than 1.6MPa, the temperature does not exceed 280 ℃, the density is not more than 1840kg / m3Viscosity of not more than 30cm2/ S of free hard particles and fibers in the liquid.
